As part of the events related to the commemoration of the 79th anniversary of the Allied landings in Normandy on June 6, 1944, and in order to meet the security measures imposed at the request of the Prefecture of Manche and the Gendarmerie.

Parking lots open from June 1st to June 7th 8am
The traffic will be prohibited in the perimeters below (see legend)
1) The historic center (Red) will be closed from Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 08:00, except: vehicles using the Rue du Général Koenig (Green) which will be allowed to circulate until Friday 06:302)
From Friday 06h30 until Sunday evening 22h00 (Blue):
Motorized vehicles will be prohibited from circulating except by pass
Parking will be prohibited in the streets (residents are concerned)
3) The historic center will be pedestrian only
4) Free “temporary” parking lots will be available
Reminder: The traffic restrictions will end on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 8:00 a.m.

RESERVED FOR PEDESTRIANS
Route to La Fière via the path of Hiersac on the way out (attention, good shoes essential, complicated for strollers and bicycle except VTC), return by an axis more in the north. Signposting on site. Allow a minimum of 45 minutes walk (3.5 km).
RESERVED FOR RESCUE
The road leading to Cauquigny from the Neuville-au-Plain bridge (RN13 exit) will be closed to all vehicles.
For people with reduced mobility, free shuttles (minibus 12 seats) will be set up in front of the Crédit Agricole in Rue de Verdun (grass parking nearby) departure to La Fière from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm / return from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
